1. What is Circafye?

2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and final sale items. 3. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at service@circafye.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to achieve a viable solution. Please provide us with all the necessary details and photos, if applicable, to assist us in resolving the problem.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Our standard shipping time is 7-12 business days. Please note that due to the current pandemic, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
